When I was 16 and beginning to drive, my Granny brought my ’70 Dodge Dart to Weaver Brake and Tire to have the front end serviced. She told me “This is where you come to get your brakes and front end worked on.” That was 34 years ago. I now own a limousine company and Weavers still handles my brakes and front end work. My husband has suggested that we take it to a place closer to our home. I flatly refuse. I told him “Weaver took care of the 25 trucks that Cobb Metal Products had when we were still in business. Granny said to bring it here and that is what I will do. I have never had an issue with them standing behind their work. I trust that I can stop when they have done the work.” There is a nice feeling to have a relationship with the people who work on your cars, especially when it is your livelihood.

I am a woman and I purchase my tires at Weaver Brake and Tire. I have had my tires rotated, balanced and aligned at this company for more than eight years. Their prices are excellent and their service is outstanding. The employees are honest. The owner is always at the company and he is available to talk with customers. Also, I have all my brake work done here. Again, I emphasize the work is good, the employees are courteous and honest.

Dear Mr. Holtzclaw:
In these days of “dog-eat-dog” and “customer no-service” it is worthy, I believe, to point out situations or events that totally go against the norm of our world today.
A couple of weeks ago, I pulled into your establishment as your employees were leaving for the day. I had run over some residue in the road from a recent accident and some of it had lodged in my tire. The tire was going down fast. I had remembered that your business was not far away.
I stopped a gentleman going across the parking lot and asked if they were closed for the day. He answered yes and asked could he help me anyway. I showed him my quickly deflating tire and he asked me to pull up to one of the roll-up doors. They had me back on the road in about ten minutes.
I just wanted to commend you and your employees, especially Harlon Price the gentleman who asked could he help me, for going that extra mile to help when it would have been easy to “sorry, not my problem”.
