Tire Truing - Increase tire wear, fuel economy, and benefit your suspension with our tire truing service. Most tires, due to high spots on the tire, are not perfectly round. This is called “out-of-round” and can negatively impact your tires’ wear and car’s performance. We gently shave the high spot off the tire, returning it to its optimal condition.

Why

Tires are the only part of your vehicle touching the road. Not only can under inflated tires cause safety concerns, experts estimate improper inflation can cost you 5 cents per gallon. That quickly adds up over the life of your tires. Plus, checking your tires for proper inflation will increase wear and prolong the tire's life.

How often

To prolong tire wear and enhance your tires’ safety, check the air pressure at least once a month and make sure it matches the manufacturer’s specifications.

Worried if you need to replace your tires?
There’s an easy way to check. Insert a penny into the tire’s tread groove upside down and facing you. If Lincoln’s head is still visible, it’s time for new tires. Or, you can always just look at the wear bars at the bottom of the treads. As tires wear, these bars become visible and flush with the tread ribs. When this occurs, it’s time to replace the tires.
